\u2018\u20192019 y\u0131l\u0131 genel olarak k\u00fcresel bazda artan b\u00fcy\u00fcme endi\u015feleri ve al\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan \u00f6nlemlerle ge\u00e7en bir y\u0131l oldu. Ya\u015fanan ticaret sava\u015flar\u0131,\u00a0k\u00fcresel ekonomik<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0dengesizlikleri beraberinde getirdi. Bu durumun varl\u0131k fiyatlar\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc beklentileri g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fck.<\/p>\n

Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde sa\u011flanan parasal te\u015fviklerin ve uygulanan faiz politikalar\u0131n\u0131n istenilen ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemledik. Geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkeler ise enflasyon politikalar\u0131na g\u00f6re benzer uygulamalar yaparak, ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme stratejileri olu\u015fturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar.<\/p>\n

\u00dclkemizde ise ekonomik olarak ya\u015fanan dalgalanmalar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle son d\u00f6nemde faiz alan\u0131nda etkilerinin giderek daha normalle\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6rmekteyiz\u2019\u2019 dedi.<\/p>\n

\u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn, yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 katma de\u011fer ve istihdam olanaklar\u0131yla, \u00fclke ekonomimiz i\u00e7in son derece b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Tar\u0131k Se\u00e7kin \u2018\u2019Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 20 y\u0131l boyunca, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ekonominin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine paralel bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 rakamlar\u0131n\u0131n, konjonkt\u00fcr d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmelerin normal oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Son d\u00f6nemde ise \u00f6zellikle kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n konut kredi faizlerinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 indirimler, \u00f6zellikle ipotekli sat\u0131\u015flar \u00fczerinde olumlu etki yaratm\u0131\u015f olup, hem t\u00fcketici hem de \u00fcretici a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u2019\u2019 dedi.<\/p>\n
