T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu (T\u00dc\u0130K) May\u0131s 2020 konut sat\u0131\u015f istatistiklerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n

T\u00dc\u0130K taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan verilere g\u00f6re, May\u0131s 2020’de T\u00fcrkiye’de 50 bin 936 konut sat\u0131ld\u0131. Konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 44,6 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Sat\u0131\u015f say\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u0130stanbul en y\u00fcksek paya sahip oldu. \u0130stanbul’da 7 bin 640 konut sat\u0131l\u0131rken, \u0130stanbul’u 4 bin 939 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile Ankara, 3 bin 96 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile \u00a0\u0130zmir\u00a0 takip etti.<\/p>\n

Kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomiye canl\u0131l\u0131k kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve normalle\u015fme s\u00fcrecine katl\u0131 amac\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 4 kredi destek paketi kapsam\u0131nda, konut kredilerinde de indirime gidildi.<\/p>\n

Destek paketi kapsam\u0131nda, faizler s\u0131f\u0131r konutta 0,64, ikinci elde ise 0,74\u2019e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc, pe\u015finat miktar\u0131 y\u00fczde 10\u2019a \u00e7ekildi ve bir y\u0131l da \u00f6demesiz d\u00f6nem imkan\u0131 sunuldu. Sunulan bu kampanyalar sebebiyle, konut talebi artt\u0131, b\u00f6ylece sat\u0131\u015flarda da art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131.<\/p>\n

2020 May\u0131s’ta 34 bin 76 ikinci el konut sat\u0131ld\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ikinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 2020 May\u0131s’ta 34 bin 76 olarak kaydedildi.\u00a0\u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 37,7 azald\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u0130stanbul’da 5 bin 94 konut sat\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130stanbul 5 bin 94 ikinci el konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131yla y\u00fczde 14,9 pay alarak ilk s\u0131rada oldu. \u0130stanbul’daki toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ikinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 66,7 olarak kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
