Buna g\u00f6re, konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 6 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te y\u00fczde 4,72 oran\u0131nda artmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyay\u0131 etkisi alan\u00a0Covid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131n etkilerinin Mart ay\u0131 ortas\u0131 itibar\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flanmas\u0131yla beraber\u00a0konut sat\u0131\u015f adetleri d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. May\u0131s ay\u0131nda konut sat\u0131\u015f adetleri bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 44,6 d\u00fc\u015ferek 50 bin 936 adet oldu. Endeksa verilerine g\u00f6re May\u0131s ay\u0131 sonu itibar\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ortalama konut metrekare sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 2.329 TL\/m2, ortalama konut fiyat\u0131 300 bin 441 TL, konut yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresi ise 18 y\u0131l oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Endeksa Kurucu Orta\u011f\u0131 ve Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc G\u00f6rkem \u00d6\u011f\u00fct, pandemi etkilerinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de g\u00f6r\u00fclmesiyle istenilen konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclke genelinde y\u00fczde 11, \u0130stanbul\u2019da ise y\u00fczde 7 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini belirterek, salg\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle m\u00fcstakil ve yayla evi tipinde ikincil konutlara talebi art\u0131rd\u0131.\u00a0\u00dclke genelinde istenilen m\u00fcstakil konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 25 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bahseden \u00d6\u011f\u00fct, talep edilen bu y\u00fcksek fiyatlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak i\u015flem pazarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in orta vadede de\u011fer art\u0131\u015f\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ama bu seviyede olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtti.<br \/>\n\u00d6\u011f\u00fct, \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu:<\/p>\n<h2>Sekt\u00f6r k\u0131sa zamanda toparlanacakt\u0131r<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cGayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fc 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na \u00e7ok iyi ba\u015flad\u0131. Hem pandemi s\u00fcrecinde ertelenen taleplerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131 hem de Haziran ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131 itibar\u0131 ile kamu bankalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan olduk\u00e7a cazip konut kredisi ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n etkisiyle Haziran ay\u0131nda konut sat\u0131\u015f adedinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli art\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz. \u201c<\/p>\n<h2>Konut metrekare sat\u0131\u015f 2 bin 329 TL, ortalama konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 300 bin 441 TL<\/h2>\n<p>Endeksa verileri de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde konut metrekare sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 2.329 TL, ortalama konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 300.441 TL, konut yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresi ise 18 y\u0131l olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.\u00a0T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 en y\u00fcksek iller s\u0131ras\u0131yla Mu\u011fla, \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir, Ayd\u0131n ve Antalya oldu.\u00a0Mu\u011fla\u2019da ortalama konut metrekare sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 4.874 TL, ortalama konut fiyat\u0131 614,250 TL, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresi 24 y\u0131l; \u0130stanbul\u2019da ortalama konut metrekare sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 3.721 TL, ortalama konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 417,196 TL; geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresi 21 y\u0131l; \u0130zmir\u2019de ortalama konut metrekare sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 3.076 TL, ortalama konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 378.348 TL; geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresi 20 y\u0131l, Ayd\u0131n\u2019da ortalama konut metrekare sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 2.655 TL, ortalama konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 362.205 TL; geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresi 23 y\u0131l; Antalya\u2019da ise ortalama konut metrekare sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 2.528 TL, ortalama konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 308.416 TL; geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresi 16 y\u0131l olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.
